Subject: All By Date and Other Developer Views
Selecting Developer Views - All By Date enables you to see all the documents in your course sorted by date. By expanding a date (click on the adjacent blue "twistie"), documents are displayed sorted by section. This view gives you another way to track your progress in reading and responding to documents, as sorted by date.
For example, if you last went into your course 3 days ago and know you read all new documents up to that date, you can use this view to quickly see and read only those documents that have been submitted by your students since that date.
Other Views:
Attendance: can help document student attendance. It gives you a quick quantitative view of student participation and the dates of those submissions. See the preceding document in this module for details about this view.
Bulletin Board: shows only the documents that are contained in the Bulletin Board.
Course Calendar: isolates all calendar documents. Note: the Course Calendar is not used by Empire State College.
Course Information: shows only the documents in your Course Information module.
Hyper-text Only Documents: shows only hypertext-only documents that are in your course.
Meet Your Students: shows only the profiles in the Meet Your Classmates section of your course.

Private Saves: allows you to view any documents for which you have chosen the Private Save option. You can use this view to effectively keep track of any privately saved document you may have in your course.
Private Notebook: you see only the documents they themselves have created with the Private Document form. You will use this view to quickly access and add to your private notes.
Private Student Folders: isolates your students' Private Folders to facilitate private correspondence.
Response Rating: provides a summary of discussion ratings for each student. Note: Empire State College does not recommend using the Response Rating feature when the ratings are also displayed to students as there are no agreed on rubrics for rating discussion responses. Contact your Area Coordinator if you have questions about Discussion Response Ratings and rubrics.
Shared References: will display only the documents that have been created with the Shared References form. You can use this view to quickly access and add to the Shared References in your course. This view allows you to sort your references by By Author, By Date, By Media, By Title.
