Subject: Procedure for Getting Those Documents Changed

If you find anything in your course that needs to be changed, Empire State College staff will be glad to assist you.

Please Contact the Empire State College Help Desk about anything in the course you cannot do yourself. The Help Desk is staffed regularly and will be happy to assist you with modifying or creating any of the documents listed in the previous documents. They can also remove documents for you. You can discuss the work you need in person or simply e-mail a list using the helpdesk form on the link above

When you are requesting changes to a document, whether by phone, the Help Desk form, or e-mail, the Help Desk will need information on the specific changes you need. Please include:
