Subject: DO NOT EDIT ANY DOCUMENT that contains a PICTURE, image or internal link

DO NOT EDIT DOCUMENTS that contain pictures, images or internal links (links to other pages within your course) in them! At present there is a bug in the system which will cause any picture or internal link to be deleted if you edit it from the web. This refers to any page that has an image or internal link embedded in the educational content - it does not include any of the regular navigational icons that are present on every page in the system - you can edit those pages normally via the web.

If you need to edit a document that does contain a picture or image, please contact the Empire State College Help desk (http://www.esc.edu/facultyform) and detail exactly where (course #, name, module name, section and document number) and what needs to be edited and they can make the changes for you using the Lotus Notes interface.
