Thanks for your suggestion on other ways technology can be harnessed to communicate with the Empire State College Help Desk. For the time being, current policy is to contact the ESC HelpDesk via phone, email, or by utilizing the electronic Helpdesk form - the HelpDesk is very responsive and able to get sufficient information to process any changes to the course that you require.
