Subject: .rtf file attachments
This maybe a question for technical services but I have not been able to read student's work on my computer submitted as .rtf files. I have read the instructions for 'file conversions' several times and still cannot read the attachments. I am using WORD 2002 and usually the student is submitting the assignment using WORKS. If you cannot answer this question, do you know who I might contact in technical services?
