Hello. My name is Jo-Ann Clear. This is my first opportunity to teach an on-line course and will be a new experience since I have not taken any on-ine courses. I am a Certified Public Accountant and will be teaching Personal Income Tax. I have been a high school business educatior, the chief financial officer of a small upstate New York Community, the chief financial officer of a number of not-for-profits agencies. My specialty is going into a troubled agency and working to implement appropriate systems and controls to manage revenues and expenses and return to a stable economic condition.
