Subject: Two Important Links on the Course Map

The Course Map has two easy access links that you may find yourself using, one for keeping up with your work and one for security.Find the Submissions from the last 14 days and the Logout links at the bottom and left side of the Course Map image respectively below.

Submissions from the last 14 days
Located at the bottom of the Learning Modules area, this link shows you everything that has been submitted to the course in the last 14 days. This will help you see readily what student submissions have come in. The link is especially helpful to see if students have made late submissions to prior modules. Note: you also have several other useful "Course Views" available through the Professor Navigator for tracking course content and student submissions. See Module 3 for details on this.

The Logout link
The Logout link is located in the left most column of the Course Map. All courses are password protected. When you are working at a public computer (like an internet cafe, the library, or a relative's house), you should log out to insure that no one else accesses your course. Even in your own home, you can use the logout link to close your course session and go on working in your web browser. Get into the habit of using the Logout link to protect your students' privacy.
