Subject: Actions menu options
All of the Actions options, with the exception of "Pending Evaluations" were primarily designed for course developers and not for those faculty teaching an already developed course. Non-developers: you must contact your Area Coordinator before adding to or changing the educational content of an already developed course.

The Actions menu is primarily used for:
- Pending Evaluations: this page allows you to view and release at the same time any privately saved student evaluations. See the document on Working with Pending Evaluations for details on using this tool.
- You can also access the Edit Course Map Adjuster page from here (rather than from the Course Map page).
Note: do not use the Change - Delete Documents or other Change options unless you have step-by-step instructions from the Help Desk or MID, or unless you are already experienced using this web tool. If you feel you need to use one of these options but are not sure how, please contact the Help Desk first.
