Subject: Instructions for Using Your Private Folder
This Online Office Hours section of your course is specifically designed for all private communication between you and your instructor. Within the Online Office Hours section a private folder with your name is created. All documents submitted within your folder area are private and viewable only by you and your instructor. You will only be able to see and use your personalized folder.

Using your private folder in the Online Office Hours section for private communications with your instructor eliminates the need for and use of unreliable email systems for course-related communications.


Instructions for creating your Private Folder:
To activate your Private Folder, go to the Meet Your Classmates section of the course and submit your introduction. The Meet Your Classmates section is found on the Course Map in the Class Community area. After submitting your introduction, return to the Online Office Hours section of the course and you will find your personalized Private Folder.


You must be sure to monitor your private folder for communications.
