Description: | Personality theory seeks to account for and to explain individual behavior. This study examines major theories of human personality to include, but not limited to, psychodynamic, behavioral genetic, cognitive, humanistic/existential, sociological, and cultural areas of inquiry. Students will examine personality development throughout the life span and how it does or does not change as a function of the life stage, experiences, or socio-cultural influence. |
